Observation

Need stickers or art work at child's eye level to prevent them from walking into back sliding glass door Must turn off pilot light on fireplace Need bifold latch on hallway closet doors Need shatter resistant light bulbs in the bathroom lighting fixture Two outlets above the counter in the kitchen are GFCI but not tamper resistant(TR). Outlets within 6 ft of a water source must be GFCI AND TR. 3 outlets above kitchen counter were tested and determined to be tied in to the GFCI outlet in the kitchen but they are not TR. Must childproof all outlets in the licensed space including the added living and dining rooms to be tamper resistant. The outlet in the bathroom is GFCI but not TR, must be both.
